Myron D.S.
I'm a Colorado Native, 63, retired. I actually call Platteville my home town. Our family moved there when I was 5 years old, attended Platteville elementary and Platteville High there through my junior year, but graduated from Valley High after an unfortunate forced re-organinazation. After being married twice(now single) and living in several locations on the front range, having several occupations and retiring, I took up a mobile home in a small community which greatly reduced time needed for outdoor upkeep.
I spend a good deal of time on my computer and I read a lot. My passion is to travel, however, what with my financial status, am unable to take in all I would like to. I do take some short "outings", almost always with a very dear lady friend. Most "outings" are a one day jaunt almost always finding something new, interesting or unique, some of which I would like to share. These "findings" are not on a well traveled touristy type of path or route. They are things that are off "the beaten track"--things or sites not readily noticable or easy to get to.
